At Movaloops, we are committed to providing you with a fast and efficient service. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver the files generated through our platform.

1. Types of Delivery

Movaloops offers digital deliveries of processed audio files. We do not offer physical shipments, as all files are delivered through our online platform.

2. Delivery Process

When you upload an audio file to be processed by Movaloops, the content generation process may take some time depending on the size of the file, the type of editing, and system load. You will be notified when the file is ready to be downloaded.

  • Standard delivery time: The average delivery time for processed files is 24 hours.

  • Delivery time with corrections: If additional corrections are needed, the delivery time will be up to 72 hours from the moment we receive your correction request.

  • Notification: Once your file is ready, you will receive a notification via email or within the platform to download it.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Online download: The processed files will be available for download through your Movaloops account. Also you will recieve a mail with the track. You can access them at any time from the platform.

  • Files in multiple formats: Files will be delivered in the requested format (e.g., MP3, WAV). If you did not select a specific format, we will deliver the file in the default format.

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact our support team at movaloops@gmail.com. We are available to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

5. Errors in Delivery

If you notice an error in the delivered file (e.g., the quality is not as expected or the file is damaged), please notify us within 24 hours of the download for us to proceed with the correction or resending of the file at no additional cost. In case your request involves corrections, the delivery time will be extended to up to 72 hours.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since delivered files are digital products, we do not offer refunds once delivery is completed. However, if there is an error in processing, we will proceed with the correction and send you the correct file within the mentioned timeframe.

7. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes through our platform or by email.
